Delivery/Shipping

Every collar is made to your specifications. When ordering please allow 5 business days for delivery. For wholesale orders any amount under 50 will be shipped within 14 business days, orders over 50 will be shipped within 21 business days. Typical wholesale orders ship within 10-14 days.

All local orders are shipped USPS.

International orders are shipped USPS Global Express.

Wholesale orders over $100 are shipped UPS unless otherwise noted by the customer.

We try to ship the least expensive way.

Exchange/Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, you must contact us by phone ( 1-877-787-9663 ) or email ( customerservice@Bowchies.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, Bowchies will happily ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you.

Returns available within 30 days of purchase date.

We guarantee our construction. In the rare case that you may find a defect in construction, please email us immediately and we will replace your item.

Note: Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a construction defect and therefore does not qualify for exchanges or returns. We also do not take returns for ANY items that have been chewed.

All custom harnesses are NOT refundable due to their customization and our inability to resell them.

Collars Safety

All Bowchies Collars and Leashes are made to the highest standards of quality. Please make sure to inspect your collars for any wear and tear. Consumer takes all rexponsibilty of making sure the collars and leashes are suitable for your dogs needs. Please be advised that these are not meant for tie ups or to be the main restraint on any dog especially those that are large breeds. If your dog is a puller it is recommended that you use another form of restraint.

Washing Instructions

Collars/Leashes – Hand wash and hang dry.

Bowchie Bags/ Wristlets – Machine Wash cold and hang dry or light tumble.
